Informal Meet & Greet // Lauren Niziol presents on: Let's Make it Count. The Power of New Years Resolutions

The first half of the call will be an Informal Meet & Greet and the second half will be a presentation by fellow Multifamily Mentor Matchmaking member, Lauren Niziol.

Lauren's Bio:

Lauren's introduction into the industry was in 2019 when she was hired as an HR Director for a Property Management company. It didn't take her long to feel right at home in this industry. She was amazed by the opportunities for career growth that it offered. She created a personal mission- to support those with aspirations in the industry and to educate newcomers about the potential it holds.

Now she works as a recruiter and HR consultant for Red Cedar Advisory where she helps property management companies source talent, improve their HR processes, and create a workplace to attract and retain industry talent.
